I just heard that since Ohio was an open carry state, the law enforcement who shot the 12 year old should be prosecuted. This makes me sick. Isn't it true this 12 year old ground or painted over the bright orange tip? Is law enforcement suppose to wait until after the first shot to determine if you should pull your gun?
